What is your return policy?

At We'ave by Shubhkari, we offer a 7-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at weavebyshubhkari@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be returned in their original packaging.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

At We'ave, we understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. However, after this initial 24-hour window, we begin processing your order to ensure swift delivery. Once processing has begun, we regret that cancellations are no longer possible.

What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Out Of Stock”.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
