At We'ave by Shubhkari, we offer a 7 - day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us at weavebyshubhkari@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags attached, and should be returned in their original packaging.
**Refunds (if applicable)**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.
**Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)**
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your concerned mode of payment company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
**Exchanges (if applicable)**
To request an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges after this timeframe.
When requesting an exchange, please include the following details in your email:
1) The issue with the product (e.g., size-related, damaged, or torn).
2) A clear photo of the product highlighting the issue.
Once we review and approve your exchange request, our courier service will arrange to pick up the item. A replacement garment will be delivered to you within 5-8 business days.
